It is not uncommon for people to struggle with issues related to managing chronic pain or illness. These include, but are not limited to, isolation, frustration, anxiety, depression, financial considerations, social/familial relationships and interacting with healthcare professionals. There comes a time when it is beneficial to seek help from an experienced educational professional to learn how to successfully cope with the daily challenges of living with chronic pain or other long-term conditions.
Living with chronic pain can be overwhelming and exhausting, but I am here to teach you evidence-based strategies and techniques that will improve your quality of life. My goal is to help you learn how to better cope with the ongoing challenges you face while living with chronic pain or other long-term conditions.
