I am a health consultant in the greater Montreal area, and I am committed to helping you achieve the best possible health and quality of life while reducing the negative effects that often accompany living with chronic pain or illness.
While directing the Self-Management Program known as "My Tool Box" at the McGill University Health Centre, I helped thousands of patients in the Montreal area using a wide range of educational techniques, strategies, and supportive tools. Indeed, some of these patients have described the results as being life-changing.
